How much does a corporate regatta cost?
Indicative starting price from €1,800 per person for 4 days, including yacht, crew, fuel, marina fees, and basic catering. Share your group size and we will return a tailored range within 24 hours.
What group sizes do you support?
From 10 to 200+ participants. A typical flotilla is 5–15 boats. For larger groups we engage partner fleets alongside our own to keep the experience consistent.
Which locations are available?
14 EU countries: Croatia (Split, Dubrovnik, Hvar), Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Paros), Italy (Sardinia, Amalfi, Portofino), Spain (Balearics), France (Côte d'Azur), Northern Europe (Netherlands, Poland, Portugal).
Who are the skippers?
Experienced professional skippers with international qualifications. Every skipper has at least five years of commercial chartering, has been reference-checked with prior employers, and speaks English plus the local language of the base.
How is the team building structured?
Certified facilitators — not deckhands — run the group programme on shore and at sea. We have 12 proven practices: NLP-style team drills, race debriefs, conflict-resolution, retrospective spritz, and more. The mix is built around your brief.
Can we embed a strategy session?
Yes. Half a day of corporate programming (dockside whiteboards, case-study discussions, facilitator-led C-suite sessions), half a day of sailing. Many clients build their offsite this way and tell us it is the best part of the year.
What about insurance?
Full operator liability (€3M minimum per charter) plus participant travel insurance is included in the base package. GDPR-compliant — sustainability notes and DPA available on request for procurement review.
