The Ibiza marina at sunset with luxury yachts and the Dalt Vila fortress on the hill above the Mediterranean
Spain · Ibiza

Corporate yachting in Ibiza.

Ibiza is an entirely distinct product in corporate chartering. Marina Ibiza is designed as a luxury-lifestyle venue with direct access to some of the best nightlife in the world — Lío, Pacha, DC10. For a corporate client that means one very specific format: an incentive or a client event where energy, social context and the pairing of a sailing programme with luxury service ashore are what matter.

The waters between Ibiza and Formentera are a UNESCO World Heritage Site for their Posidonia oceanica seagrass meadows, which are key to the water's clarity. The colour of the sea here is, without exaggeration, the best in the Mediterranean. All our partners are required to use electronic moorings to protect the meadows, which gives a strong ESG asset.

Es Vedrà — a mystical rock 600 metres off the south-western shore of Ibiza — is the centre of a protected nature reserve. The approach to Es Vedrà under sail at sunset has become one of the most recognisable hero visuals in corporate yachting, appearing regularly in CEO LinkedIn posts and brand annual reports. IBZ airport is 15 minutes from Marina Ibiza.

Client event

The nightlife on Ibiza is a product of its own. We work with five partner venues: Lío (a cabaret dinner with a show, €350 per person), Heart Ibiza (a closed corporate dinner with a chef for 50 to 200 people, €280 to €450 per person), Pacha (a private hire of the Funky Room for 80 people, €25,000) and DC10 (an electronic programme with international DJs, a minimum of €40,000 for a private event).

Formentera is Ibiza's satellite and one of the most exclusive islands in the Mediterranean. An approach to Cala Saona or Espalmador at sunset with lunch at Juan y Andrea (a legendary beach restaurant booked six months ahead) is one of the most frequent elements of our programmes. Without a yacht, Formentera is effectively unreachable for corporate groups.

From the field

What clients say.

Three quotes from closed corporate programmes over the last two seasons. Names and companies withheld under NDA.

A dinner at Lío for 60 top performers after three days of sailing was the best incentive our company has run in ten years. Retention over the following year was 100 % in that group.

Es Vedrà at sunset under sail is a hero visual we have used in the annual report, on the website and in CEO LinkedIn posts for three years running.

Fintech startup, 40 clients, September 2023

Lunch for 35 partners at Juan y Andrea on Formentera is a level of luxury comparable with the best incentives in Dubai or St Barts. Without a sailing programme that experience is out of reach.

FAQ

What buyers ask us most.

Eight questions we receive every week from HR directors and CEOs. Not finding yours? Drop us a line — we reply within 24 hours.

Is Ibiza suitable for a serious sailing programme?
Not really. Ibiza is for incentives and client events, where a sailing programme adds a unique experience but is not the main content. For serious regattas and team building we recommend neighbouring Mallorca, with more sailing infrastructure and quieter conditions.
What is special about Es Vedrà?
It is a mystical rock 600 metres offshore, the centre of a protected nature reserve. The approach under sail at sunset is one of the most recognisable hero visuals in corporate yachting. Drone filming with the programme is €4,000 a day, with 200-plus photos in five working days.
Can we hire a club in full?
Yes, but it is expensive. Pacha — a private hire of the Funky Room for 80 people, €25,000. DC10 — a private event from €40,000. Heart Ibiza — a closed corporate dinner for 200 people from €56,000 with a chef. Booking needs at least four months; at the August peak, 8 to 12 months.
How much does a programme on Ibiza cost?
From €600 per person per night, with an actual average bill of €800 to €1,200 once beach-club access and evening events are included. It is the premium segment even by Balearic standards. The minimum is four nights and 15 participants.
When is the best time for Ibiza?
June and September are ideal for the balance of weather, prices and availability. July and August are the peak with the highest prices and dense tourist load. May and October are quieter, but many beach clubs are not yet open or are already closing.
