Founder & CEO
10+ years in tech-grade operations — from product startups to B2B platforms. Owns the product and the portal strategy.
We run corporate offsites across Europe to a clear schedule. One point of contact, one contract, one invoice — for HR, COOs, and procurement teams who value order and transparency.
Sailing Teambuilding started in 2017 as a pan-European B2B service that puts corporate sailing offsites together with the same discipline an engineering team uses to ship software. The idea came out of thirty messy bookings: scattered brokers, forgotten transfers, hand-built spreadsheet quotes, and three different WhatsApp groups for a single offsite.
Many vendors sell a beautiful picture and forget about the outcome. We work differently: a transparent budget, a clear plan for each day, one person on call from brief to close. HR and procurement see every budget line and any itinerary change in advance — no hidden items, no surprises. We just do the work, carefully, the way we like to.
We cover 7 EU countries in 9 languages and have delivered 247 events. By 2028 the goal is more events per year and a steady fleet of 60+ partner yards from Corfu to Mallorca. In parallel we are growing our facilitator team and our ESG-reporting tools for corporate buyers.
We deliberately keep names and photos off the page — corporate clients value discretion. CVs of key staff go to procurement once an NDA is signed.

These are not office posters — they are working rules we use to turn down clients, boats, and partners that do not fit.
Open pricing, no hidden fees. Before the contract you see every budget line — boats, crew, transfers, catering, insurance, taxes. Afterwards, a detailed final report with the actual spend.
We work to a process you can follow: an agreed brief, a detailed itinerary, a working plan for each day. Any change is discussed with HR and procurement in advance — no surprises in the budget or the schedule. Every task has an owner and everything is on paper.
We factor route efficiency into planning, offer carbon-offset options, and favour shore berths with mains power where possible. Sustainability notes go to procurement on request — the format suits corporate ESG committees.
80% of clients come back the following year. We do not optimise for a single transaction — we build relationships where an HR director knows the name of our ops manager and writes to them directly a year later.
Every charter sails with a professional skipper and engineer of record. Crew CVs available on request before contract.
We comply with GDPR for lead handling and keep discretion across every European base. NDA available on request.
We consider environmental impact: offset options and shore-power priority moorings where available. Sustainability notes shared with procurement on request.

Tell us the brief — we come back with two itinerary options, a budget, and three suggested dates. No commitment, no pushy follow-ups.
