Incentive

Incentive travel for top performers of the year

Premium catamarans of 50-65 feet on Mediterranean routes. Reward your best — the year-end sales team, channel partners, top engineers — with a trip they remember for 5 years. The energy of a sales kickoff, on the water.

Format

Incentive travel on a yacht: the format

An incentive trip is a way to reward top performers that works as a powerful sales incentive at the start of the year and as a retention tool after an exit wave. The logic is simple: 'hit your annual quota and you fly with us to Mallorca for 5 days on a 60-foot catamaran'. It works better than a cash bonus of the same value — because an incentive trip cannot be 'spent on the mortgage'.

We use premium catamarans of 50-65 feet — with a panoramic-glass saloon, 4-5 en-suite cabins, a jacuzzi on the flybridge and chef service. This is not 'a Bavaria 42 for 8 people' — it is a luxury level comparable to a 5* resort, but with a different structure of experience (no queue for the spa, no stranger guests, no time limits on the buffet).

The route is your choice: the Balearics (Mallorca → Menorca → Ibiza), the Côte d'Azur (Cannes → Saint-Tropez → Monaco), Sardinia (Costa Smeralda), Corsica, or Croatia (Dubrovnik → Hvar → Korčula). The programme: 5-7 days at sea, daily swimming stops in hidden coves, dinners in Michelin restaurants ashore, and optional water sports (jet ski, paddle board, scuba diving).

Energy is the critical part of an incentive. This is not 'a calm holiday' — it is a sales kickoff on the water: a tropical party on the catamaran, a DJ night in Ibiza, a sunset cocktail in Saint-Tropez, exclusive access to beach clubs (Nikki Beach, Blue Marlin, Pacha). Groups of 20-40, 2-4 catamarans in the fleet, an event coordinator ashore.

Case study · 2025

Eighty partners, one regatta, Côte d’Azur.

A top-tier European law firm marked its centenary on the water: eight chartered yachts, three days of friendly racing, NDA-compliant logistics, and a closing dinner ashore. We delivered under a single contract and a single point of contact for the managing partner’s executive assistant.

Three days at sea changed how the leadership team works together. We’ll be back next year.

FAQ

What buyers ask us most.

Eight questions we receive every week from HR directors and CEOs. Not finding yours? Drop us a line — we reply within 24 hours.

How much does an incentive trip for 30 people cost?
From €2,400 per person for 5 days — including the catamaran, crew and chef, the programme, Michelin dinners, transfers and swag. For premium routes (Saint-Tropez, Sardinia in August), €3,500+. For 30 people that is €72-105K — the level of an incentive with a MICE agency in Dubai, only with a different structure of experience.
What is the maximum group size?
40 people comfortably (3-4 catamarans), 60 is the ceiling (5 catamarans). If you need more, it is better to split into 2 incentives in different weeks, or to combine the fleet with a shore programme.
Which routes are available?
The Balearics (Mallorca → Menorca → Ibiza) is the most popular, May-September. The Côte d'Azur (Cannes → Saint-Tropez → Monaco) is the premium tier, May-June. Sardinia (Costa Smeralda) is high-luxury, July-August. Croatia is the value optimum, May-October. Corsica is a calmer format for more mature teams.
Is beach-club access guaranteed?
We have arrangements with Nikki Beach, Blue Marlin Ibiza, Cala di Volpe Beach Club and Pampelonne (Saint-Tropez). Access is guaranteed for groups, with VIP tables booked 4-6 weeks ahead. In peak weeks (August in Ibiza, August in Saint-Tropez) the premium minimum is €15K per table.
What about alcohol?
An open bar on the catamarans is standard. The premium programme adds a sommelier on each yacht and a wine selection from €5K per catamaran for 5 days. Champagne brands: Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon on the premium programme.
Does it suit channel partners?
Yes, it is one of the most popular use cases — top distributors / resellers rewarded for the year's results. We build the format as a networking event: different cabins on different catamarans, rotation at dinners, organised opportunities for cross-conversations. New partnerships and deals are often closed right on the catamaran.
What about ESG and sustainability?
All catamarans are recent models (2020+) with low fuel consumption, under sail 65% of the time. A carbon-offset programme runs through a partner organisation. A sustainability report is available on request — a standard template for ESG reporting.
How do we book?
Press 'Get a brief'. For an incentive trip we book 3-6 months ahead — peak weeks (August, early June) go fast. We come back within 24 hours with 2-3 route options.
