The Côte d'Azur with yachts in a harbour at blue hour — a VVIP setting for Monaco and the French Riviera
Monaco

Corporate yachting in Monaco.

Monaco is the most prestigious and exclusive superyacht harbour in the world. Port Hercule offers 700 metres of berthing line able to take yachts up to 90 metres, the home club of the Yacht Club de Monaco, and the legendary Monaco Yacht Show in September. For a corporate client this means one very specific format: a VVIP incentive or client event where the social standing of the programme is what matters most.

The season runs from May to September, with an absolute peak at the Monaco Grand Prix in late May. The trackside berths of Port Hercule during the F1 are the single most expensive yachting asset in the world (the starting price for a private yacht charter across the four Grand Prix nights in 2026 is €350,000 and up). This is a rare programme for a client's top-ten relationships or a C-suite premium incentive.

Legally, Monaco is an independent principality with its own flag and customs regime. Registering a charter requires notifying the Direction des Affaires Maritimes 30 days ahead, and the skipper must hold confirmation of work in the principality's waters. We keep a base contract with an insurer that covers all three jurisdictions — Monaco, France and Italy — under a single policy.

The ESG side in Monaco is stronger than it first appears: the Yacht Club de Monaco is a global hub for sustainable yachting through the La Belle Classe Superyachts programme and the annual Monaco Energy Boat Challenge. For clients who care about an ESG report, we prepare documentation on shore power, waste recycling and the carbon offset of the programme.

Gastronomy in Monaco is a formidable subject of its own. Le Vistamar at the Hôtel Hermitage, Yoshi at the Métropole, and the private Société Nautique de Monaco can host corporate groups of 15 to 50. We work with a freelance coordinator who keeps private doors open even on the most crowded Grand Prix dates.

FAQ

What buyers ask us most.

Eight questions we receive every week from HR directors and CEOs. Not finding yours? Drop us a line — we reply within 24 hours.

Which format suits a programme in Monaco?
Only a VVIP incentive or an exclusive client event. The minimum is 10 participants, with 15 to 30 ideal. Regattas and large team-building events are technically possible in Monaco but cost considerably more than in Cannes or on Mallorca and do not deliver a proportional return.
What is special about the Monaco Grand Prix dates?
The F1 in Monaco (late May) is the most expensive and most memorable event on our calendar. Trackside berths in Port Hercule with a direct view of the circuit are booked 18 months ahead; the yacht charter price for four nights starts at €350,000 for a 30-metre yacht. This is a programme for top clients and the C-suite.
How much does a normal programme in Monaco cost?
From €800 per person per night, with an actual average bill of €1,200 to €1,500. It is the most expensive location in our portfolio because of the cost of berthing in Port Hercule (€2,000 to €5,000 a night for a 25-metre yacht) and the general level of service.
What is the language of service?
French is official; English is at level 5 of 5 across every aspect of service. Italian and Monégasque are also common. Many Yacht Club de Monaco staff speak three or four languages, making Monaco one of the most multilingual jurisdictions in our portfolio.
What about the Monaco Yacht Show?
Late September is the climax of the European yachting season. We arrange corporate programmes inside the Show: a parallel yacht for clients in Port Hercule, access to private parties, demo sails on new superyachts. Booking needs at least eight months; prices are comparable to the F1 peak.
