Corporate Yacht Charter for 80 People
Eighty employees on the water at once is already a large corporate regatta with its own choreography. Eight yachts move together as a single column, a race officer on a tender records the start of every race, and a four-person event team works ashore. A group of this size usually gathers once a year — for a results summit, a sales kick-off, or a leadership offsite with the wider team.
Managing a group of 80 people
For eighty people we deploy eight yachts of ten guests each and double the event team ashore. The group is split into four divisions of twenty (two yachts per division), which lets the regatta run a two-stage score: first within the division, then a cross-group final. That is far more engaging than 'everyone against everyone on eight boats' — each crew supports both its own yacht and its division, while leadership gets a clear picture of the dynamic in every subgroup. Skippers and the race officer coordinate over UHF radio; the marina runs two contact points for registration in parallel.
The four-day programme for 80 guests
Day one is the mass transfer from the airport (3-4 minivans, a 90-minute window), marina registration, a welcome dinner at a large restaurant with a private area (a banquet hall for 80-plus), and briefings for the skippers and race officer. Day two is the divisional regatta (two races) with an evening review using photo and video. Day three is a longer passage with team activities and dinner at a landmark venue. Day four is the cross-group final, the evening awards ceremony (four prize categories) and the return transfer the next morning. The programme is flexible: a fifth day can be added for a business session.
The cost of a corporate offsite for 80
The lean tariff (3 days, entry-fleet monohulls, basic catering, two event teams) is €1,700-€2,000 per person. The signature tariff (4 days, premium monohulls, a facilitator, two restaurant dinners) is €2,100-€2,500. The premium tariff (5 days, a mix of luxury catamarans and premium monohulls on the flagships, a chef on two flagships, two photographers, a videographer) is €2,600-€2,900. Prices are per person for the whole trip, covering eight crewed yachts, the race officer, the four-person event team, marina fees, transit logs and €3M liability cover.
Destinations that can host 80 people
Not every marina can berth eight yachts on one pier. The Kaštela marina in Split and the Trogir marina in Croatia can; Palma de Mallorca (the Palma marina) can; Lefkada and Athens can; Cannes (the Vieux-Port plus a second marina) needs two-marina logistics for eight boats.
