Corporate Yacht Charter for 20 People
A group of twenty is the natural scale for an intimate sailing offsite: two identical yachts of ten guests each follow the same route, dinners gather everyone around one table, and a friendly race between the boats brings out healthy competition. The format suits a leadership team, a newly formed division, or an annual client retreat.
How the format works for 20 people
We berth two monohull yachts of 41-46 feet side by side in the marina, split the group into two crews of ten, and sail a parallel course for three to four days. Each boat carries a licensed skipper and an experienced hostess for coordination. Dinners are ashore at vetted restaurants with a private area; lunches happen at anchor in sheltered bays. Short sessions are built in between legs — a retrospective, a coffee debrief, light team challenges. There is no rigid tour-operator schedule: the day is shaped around the wind and the theme of the offsite.
The fleet: 2 identical yachts
For a group of twenty we recommend a flotilla of two identical monohulls — a Bavaria Cruiser 46, a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 or a Hanse 460. Identical boats keep the regatta fair: nobody can argue that the other crew had a faster yacht. Each yacht has four double cabins plus a skipper's cabin. Alongside the two skippers, the flotilla runs one race officer and a hostess-coordinator who handles transfers, catering and briefings.
The price of a corporate offsite for 20
The entry price is €1,400 per person for a three-day lean tariff in the low season (April, May, October). The signature tariff over four days in high season runs €1,800-€2,200 per person. A premium option with luxury catamarans, an onboard chef and a photographer is €2,500-€2,800. Every tariff includes crewed yachts, fuel, marina fees, basic catering and insurance. Flights and hotels before or after the offsite are quoted as a separate line in the estimate.
Where we take groups of 20
The most popular destinations at this scale are Split and Hvar in Croatia (short legs, varied anchorages), Athens and the Saronic archipelago in Greece, and Palma de Mallorca in Spain. On the French Riviera, Cannes and Nice suit the premium segment. All four destinations have good air links with major European hubs. You will find detailed routes on the corporate regatta page and across our destinations catalogue.
