Corporate Yacht Charter for 120 People
One hundred and twenty employees is no longer just a corporate offsite but a large sailing event with its own choreography, two event teams and carefully planned flight logistics. Twelve yachts move as one column, four divisions compete in the regatta, and seven coordinators work ashore. The format suits a major company's annual summit, a sales conference, or a joint offsite for several departments.
The architecture of an event for 120 people
For 120 people we deploy twelve identical yachts of ten guests each and form four divisions of thirty (three yachts per division). That creates a layered regatta: inside the division three yachts race, between divisions a four-way final, and an overall ranking for both individual skippers and the team as a whole. Seven specialists work ashore: an event director, two logistics coordinators, a hostess, a photographer, a videographer and a medic. Skippers and the race officer are linked over UHF and a Starlink mesh. The welcome dinner and the awards ceremony are held in banquet halls for 120-plus.
The programme: 4-5 days
The standard is four days; for C-level and sales conferences we often add a fifth day for a business session ashore. Day one is the group transfer from the airport (5-6 minivans, 60-90 minute windows), registration, a welcome dinner with a keynote from the CEO, and briefings for the skippers and divisions. Day two is the divisional races with dinner at a landmark venue. Day three is a longer passage with onboard activities and a themed dinner (a BBQ night, a Greek taverna, and so on). Day four is the final regatta (two races), the evening awards ceremony with prizes, and a gala dinner. Day five (optional) is a business session ashore and the return transfer.
What a corporate offsite for 120 costs
The lean tariff (3 days, entry-fleet monohulls, basic catering, two event teams) is €1,800-€2,100 per person. The signature tariff (4 days, premium monohulls, a facilitator, themed dinners) is €2,200-€2,500. The premium tariff (5 days, a mix of luxury catamarans on the flagships and premium monohulls, a chef on three flagships, two photographers, a videographer, a medic) is €2,700-€2,900. Prices are per person for the whole trip: twelve crewed yachts, the race officer, a seven-person event team, marina fees, transit logs, €3M liability cover and 24/7 on-site coordination.
Where a group of 120 can be hosted
Not every marina can take twelve yachts berthed at once. Our confirmed destinations at this scale are Split-Kaštela (twelve yachts on one pier when booked six or more months out), Palma de Mallorca (two adjacent marinas), Lefkada and Athens-Zea in Greece, and Cannes (the Vieux-Port plus Port Pierre Canto). For a group of 120 we block berths five to seven months in advance and agree the transfer logistics with the airport beforehand. The destination map and a precise estimate sit in the calculator.
