Corporate event

Corporate events on water for 50-150 guests

Close the year or celebrate an IPO on a yacht fleet. Theme nights, DJ sets under open skies, catering from Michelin chefs, special effects on the water. Not a 'trip to nature' but a designed event.

Format

Corporate event on water: the format

A corporate event on water is a format for larger companies (50-150 guests) that are tired of 'restaurant downtown plus DJ plus toasts'. They want a different scale of experience. We build the event on a fleet of 5-10 yachts plus a shore venue: a theme night, chef-led catering, a fire show on the water, fireworks where the marina agrees.

The format runs 1-2 days. Day one: a welcome cocktail on the flagship yacht, dinner ashore, a DJ set until 2am. Day two (optional): downtime, water sports (SUP, jet ski, tender tours), brunch on the yachts, departure. Guests do not need to 'work' in a team-building format — it is a celebration.

The theme is the main creative asset. We have done 'Cyberpunk Marina' with neon installations, 'Black Tie Regatta' with a dress code and a Champagne bar on every yacht, 'Mediterranean Crime' with a cast of detective actors. A scriptwriter and a director join at the discovery stage. The output is an event people are still retelling a year later at job interviews.

Logistics are critical for 100+ guests. Airport transfers, 4-5* hotels, dockside security, a medic on duty, a video team capturing the event for the company site. One procurement contact, one contract. We have run year-end events for teams of 80-150 a dozen times — it all goes without surprises.

Case study · 2025

Eighty partners, one regatta, Côte d’Azur.

A top-tier European law firm marked its centenary on the water: eight chartered yachts, three days of friendly racing, NDA-compliant logistics, and a closing dinner ashore. We delivered under a single contract and a single point of contact for the managing partner’s executive assistant.

Three days at sea changed how the leadership team works together. We’ll be back next year.

FAQ

What buyers ask us most.

Eight questions we receive every week from HR directors and CEOs. Not finding yours? Drop us a line — we reply within 24 hours.

How much does a corporate event for 100 people cost?
From €1,800 per guest for a 1-day event (including the fleet, catering, performers, tech rider, video team, transfers and 1 night of hotels). For a 2-day event, from €2,800. The exact figure depends on the theme, location and season.
What is the maximum number of guests?
150 people comfortably, 200 is the ceiling for a fleet. If you need more, we add a shore venue as the primary location and the fleet becomes a complement (welcome cocktail, photo spot, excursions).
What themes have you done?
12 concepts: Cyberpunk Marina, Black Tie Regatta, Mediterranean Crime, Tropical Disco, Ocean's Eleven, Mafia Wedding, Cirque du Mer, Bond Casino, Pirate Night, Studio 54, Neon Tokyo, Mythology. We can develop a new theme around the brief.
What about alcohol and safety?
An open bar is standard, plus a sommelier on each yacht for the premium programme. Alcohol only for guests 21+, with ID checks on the causeway. Dockside security around the clock, a medic on duty. Every yacht is insured for at least €3M.
Can fireworks be set off?
It depends on the marina and the country. In Croatia and Greece it is usually possible, agreed 4-6 weeks ahead. In France (especially around Cannes) it is harder, with limited permission. An alternative is a fire show on the water, which is easier to clear.
When is the best time to run it?
May-June and September-October offer the best weather. Year-end events (December) we run in Dubai, Türkiye or the Canaries, where it is still in season. By November-December Europe is too cold and an event on the water loses its point.
Who are the performers?
We work with European booking agencies. DJs range from resort residents to headliners on the level of Solomun. Live bands cover jazz, soul and funk. Electronic acts cover techno and house. Artist budgets start at €15K an evening and go to €150K+ for headliner level.
How do we book?
Press 'Get a brief' above. For an event of 100+ people a discovery call is required — there are too many moving parts to agree by email. We come back within 48 hours.
